Current Lip Love: Revlon Colorburst in Coral

Red lipsticks are a complete weakness of mine. I love how a quick swipe wakes up your whole face, and you can keep the rest of your face extremely minimal but still look made-up. One of my favorite night-time looks is bright red lipstick, a wash of nude, shimmery eyeshadow and a coat of mascara. 5 minutes from start to finish, tops!




Here's one of my favorite reds. Revlon's Colorburst in Coral is perfectly named. It's an orange-y red coral with a slightly shiny finish (a bit like MAC creamsheen formulation, in my opinion). It isn't a completely opaque formula either, so many may find this a less intimidating red shade to wear.

This swatch is pretty accurate. I built up the color with a few swipes, but one swipe still allows your natural lip color to peak through.
